Shiatsu: 40 or 60 minute treatments

Shiatsu is a form of therapeutic Japanese acupressure massage in which pressure is applied to the client's body not only with the therapist's thumbs and palms  but also the fists, elbows, forearms, feet and knees.  Shiatsu opens and stretches meridians in the body releasing any blocked or stagnant chi and tonifies any depletion in the body to restore it's natural harmony. Much like Thai massage, Shiatsu is done fully clothed on a mat.
