Chakra Balancing & Massage Blend
This integrated service blends massage and energetic balancing via the chakra centers in our energetic anatomy. Every session is a unique journey, incorporating light touch, tuning forks, crystals, essential oils, or verbal guidance. The session aims to harmonize your energetic system, fostering a free-flowing energy that restores balance and cultivates a profound sense of well-being. Five minutes of the treatment time is allotted to verbally process the experience with your practitioner.

Reflexology & Massage Blend
This integrated service blends foot reflexology with customized therapeutic massage. Reflexology uses targeted, pressure-point massage techniques to restore the flow of energy and neurological communication throughout the body. The treatment typically focuses on the feet but can also include the hands and ears. Beyond the pure enjoyment of a session, reflexology can assist to reduce pain, alleviate stress, improve digestion, balance hormones, and enhance quality of sleep.

Cupping & Massage Blend
Massage techniques seamlessly blend with cupping, the therapeutic application of small cups on targeted areas such as the back and neck. Cupping has been a historical practice in the Middle East, Greece, and India for wellness and pain alleviation since ancient times. This time-honored modality effectively reduces pain and inflammation by enhancing blood flow and increasing oxygen levels in the tissue. Cupping may cause temporary discoloration in areas, fading within ten days.

Exfoliating Sugar Body Polish with Massage
Gentle yet invigorating, our Sugar Body Polish combines organic sugars, essential oils, and nourishing moisturizers to delicately lift away old cells, leaving your skin radiant and stimulating the lymphatic immune response. Following the scrub, enjoy a rinse in one of our private showers before returning to the treatment room for a choice of either a 50 or 80-minute massage, accentuating detoxification and skin hydration.

Scalp Massage Treatment Add On
Our Ayurvedic-inspired scalp treatment is an indulgent and therapeutic enhancement to any session. In this 30 minute add-on, organic herbal oils – including sesame, bhringaraj, gotu kola, amalaki, hibiscus, and rose – are massaged into the scalp and hair incorporating traditional pressure point therapy. Specially designed to soothe the mind and nourish the hair and scalp, this luxurious addition elevates relaxation during any body treatment, massage, or facial.
